Description
Restaurant Group based in Rosebank is currently recruiting for a Debtors' Clerk to capture and recon the suppliers accounts.

  • Enter payments into Pastel
  • Followup on unknown payments & receipts
  • Receive proof of payments/recons from suppliers
  • Enter all cash books into Pastel file, resolve any queries, and reconcile
  • Enter petty cash info from front desk into Pastel and reconcile
  • Reconcile petty cash cash books
  • Credit card batches
  • Get credit card batch reports
  • Check transfers book to make sure all transfers have been billed
  • Receive request for update of debtors' master file and update
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthend processes

Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • A formal qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years' experience in debtor's
  • Pastel experience
