QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12.
Hotel School Diploma or tertiary qualification in Public Relations will be considered anadvantageous.


REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English.
Fluency in other languages considered an advantage.
Good people skills with an aptitude for relating and associating with guests.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

Exceptionally well groomed, well spoken and presentable.
3 Years experience in a similar position.
Ability to work under pressure.

Display problem solving skills, Ability and willingness to work shifts and unusual hours.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Interact with all in-house guests, owners and owners' tenants on a continuous and regular
basis and record accordingly.
Create and maintain a database of preferences, likes and dislikes and complaints of all guests, in order to:
Increase guest satisfaction.
Identify service and product deficiencies.
Maximize return business.
Managing of preferred suites and associated events.
Managing all feedback channels and with appropriate responses

Facilitate and manage all site inspections with the aim to increase the profile of the productand increase occupancies and revenues.

Assist the Rooms Division Manager with managing the concierge services in terms of operational responsibilities.
Interact with the sales team to assist with increasing sales.
