Minimum Requirements -
Completed Grade 12

Completed Diploma in Supply Chain

2 years experience in a manufacturing environment


Key Tasks -

  • Preparing of wages each week
  • Handling staff queries with regards to wages / leave
  • Ensuring sufficient PPE is in place / ordered
  • Preparing materials required for the following days production
  • Assist with the ordering of materials for future production from the raw materials department
  • Preparing of production orders and FG labels
  • Ensure various schedules are being completed and provided to the Business Unit Co-Ordinator
  • Communicate changes to staff (memos, whatsapp, in person) eg. Rostering / production plan etc
  • Reconciling orders & invoices in the order book
  • Staff scheduling
  • Ensuring relevant H&S checklists are being completed and filed
  • Assisting with internal audit as required
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Salary:
R15,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:


  • Administration: 2 years (required)
Manufacturing Industry: 2 years (required)
