Duties will include:
- Receptionist duties
- General administrative matters
- Hospitality: welcoming clients, boardroom refreshments etc.
- Liaisons with clients, directors and personnel
- Alternative requests from directors
- Computer literate
- Financial system experience will be advantageous
- English and Afrikaans literate will be advantageous
