We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
End-User Support Specialist to join a team in Cape Town. As an organization committed to diversity and inclusion, they strongly encourage female applicants to apply.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and resolving hardware and software issues for their internal company users.

Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of the IT environment, enabling the employees to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

If you have a 3-year IT related qualification, at least 5 years of IT Support work experience, and strong foundation in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD, we would love to hear from you.

About You:


  • You're a tech expert with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and a 3year IT qualification.
  • You have a strong foundation in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
  • You're an expert at troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, keeping the team up and running smoothly.
  • Excellent communication skills are key You can explain complex technical issues in a clear and userfriendly way.
  • You're a team player with a customercentric focus, always willing to go the extra mile to help colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Bonus Points:


  • You speak an additional language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
  • You have experience with VOIP systems, firewalls, or Apple MacOS.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
R28 000,00 - R33 000,00 per month
