Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher who can support the growing need of our institute and external clientele.The researcher role involves working on senior to junior mandates and dividing your time between research and headhunting in finding the right resources for our clients.
- Perform reference checks as and when required
- Ensure Quick, accurate turnaround on delivery
- Ability to engage with al Stakeholders for debriefings on required jobs specifications
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation on employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Must be able to source on the career portals
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications for Talent Acquistion Researcher
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Diploma in HR or related qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
