Post-sales Support Co-ordinator - Illovo, South Africa - alliance media
Description
Once a contract for outdoor media has been signed by the sales executive the SSA Post-Sales Support Co-ordinator has overall responsibility for ensuring that delivery happens, and the client experience is good.
The SSA Post-Sales Support Co-ordinator must be a good communicator and problem solver, dedicated to providing top level customer service to ensure a great client service experience.
Responsibilities:
Main activities will include:
CRM Management / Client Liaison - General
- Sending rollout updates to clients
- Addressing/solving client queries
- Managing /resolving operational issues for the client
- Outs*
- Request chase lists from relevant incountry teams
- Check and send the chase lists and uploading instructions to clients
- Consolidate multiple chase lists where necessary
- Address any artwork/specs queries
- Receive and download artwork from clients
- Send JPEGS to clients for approval
- Send print instruction for production to proceed, for the Approved JPEG's.
- Follow up with local operations teams and ensure the rollouts are happening in a reasonable timeline and update clients daily
- Follow up for photobooks and send to client
- Ensure photo books correct as per contract
- Collect and send monthly photobooks and follow up for those that are not sent by the deadline
Change of Artwork
- Receive notification of intention to change artwork and advise relevant teams to prepare accordingly
- Request necessary PO/CI from clients (where applicable)
- Invoice client for artwork change
- Receive the artwork then follow the rollout process above
Sage CRM, Orbfusion and X3
- Prepare all required orders in the system for printing and changes of artwork to proceed
- Generate the Printing Order and ensure they are fully approved before submitting printing instruction
Adhoc
- Doing client recons for clients for renewals, available spend etc
- Sending out briefs/requesting additional information from prospective client
- The company reserves the right to change these key performance areas and their geographical location where they should be performed from time to time at its own discretion
Qualification:
- Business, Sales and Marketing or related Diploma/ Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum of two years working experience
- Experience of business / sales support
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Capability to complete tasks on time, with attention to detail
- Organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Customer focus and service orientation
Pay:
R15, R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Illovo, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (required)
