Description

Our beautiful resort in Ballito is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Responsible for:
F&B Operations, Restaurants & front of house, Bar as well as an onsite tuck shop.

Responsibilities & Job Description:

Oversee all FOH operations, waiter & bar training, motivate staff to drive sales, rosters, opening & closing procedures, guest interaction, event planning, daily staff meetings, health & safety protocols.

Oversee staff duties are being completed, To stand in a duty manager as and when required.

Requirements:

Computer literate
Background in Food and Beverage Operations
Strong English written and English Spoken
A working knowledge of Micros POS system
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
Ability to work independently without supervision
Out of the box thinker with an ability to envisage change and improvement across all aspects of the operations
Must have own transport
Leadership mentality
Passionate about hospitality
