As they continue to expand, they are seeking an exceptional Interior Architect to join their talented team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with their design team to create captivating interior spaces that exceed client expectations.
Translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings using
Revit (proficiency in Revit is
essential).
Leverage your knowledge of
Sketchup,
Twin Motion, and
AutoCAD to enhance project visualization (advantageous).
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
Immerse yourself in architectural trends, staying ahead of the curve to deliver innovative designs.
Attend site meetings, liaising with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Uphold their commitment to design excellence by meticulously addressing every detail (nonnegotiable).

Qualifications:

-
BTech

Interior Architecture (minimum requirement).

-
- 5 years of relevant work experience in High end Residential

Excellent administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal) in
English.
Proficiency in
technical drawings and
detailing.
Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
