Description

The incumbent in this role is responsible for managing the rotable repair process in a reliable and cost-effective manner and manage the store and keep stock levels up as required.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and validity of all goods and materials received in the Rotable Stores.
Ensuring that all documents are saved.
Stock counting.
Supervising, developing, planning, organising and allocating duties to subordinates.
Complying with emergency preparedness, safety requirements, Planned Task Observations and reporting incidents.
Maintaining good housekeeping in area of responsibility.

About you:

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Either a N4 Certificate with Engineering Subjects, Valid Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician) and a minimum of 5 Years' experience as an Artisan/Rotables Material Controller ; OR
A relevant Tertiary Qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Driver's license Code EB (08).
