Description
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.

  • Configure, manage, and monitor SD-WAN networks, including LAN and WAN, using Meraki security devices and switches.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Server environments and Linuxbased servers.
  • Administer virtualised servers using VMware, including setup, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Conduct regular patch management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, implement solutions, and ensure network security and performance.
  • Document network and server setups, configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Implement network security protocols and manage network security tools.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for routine IT tasks.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives, collaborating with IT team.
  • Assist with enduser support as second/third line support.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as network and server administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
  • Driver's license and own reliable transport.
