Requirements:

B Tech or B Degree in Industrial Engineering or Project

Management

At least 8 years relevant experience in the Asset

Management environment focusing on Contract

Management, Project Management and Tender

Administrative Duties

Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and

Microsoft Visio

EB Driver License

Key Performance Areas

Manage, supervise and/or coordinate all activities

related to Tenders and Contracts

Manages the performance of contracts including

Evaluation of vendors' service delivery and compliance

with conditions

of contracts and Investigate and report on potential

Infrastructure Support Services business improvements

Coordinating and facilitating working groups on issues

related to contract management, performance monitoring,

tender and RFQ's, strategy and policy implementations

Prepare capital and operating estimates and the control

expenditure against approved budget allocations

Supervises and coordinates the work of more junior staff

and other professionals within the Infrastructure Support

Services Logistics support division
