What will you do as a HR Officer (Interim)?
The HR Officer (Interim) will be required to provide HR generalist support and assistance to the HR Department and ensure effective, accurate and timeous processing of administrative tasks and responsibilities assigned to the position.

What do we expect from you as a HR Officer (Interim)?
- Grade 1
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or similar
- Advanced MS Office Skills & Google suite
- 35 years human resources generalist experience
- Payroll relevant experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of SA labour laws relating to key areas of responsibility

Your core responsibilities are:
Administration, Coordination & HR Project Support
- Updates employee records with new recruitment information and/or changes in employment status
- MyPulse/SAGE/HRIS
- Support HR projects and transformational activities
- Provide timely administrative support to the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Arrange, coordinate and support all HR events, yearend events, social events and Long Service awards
- Support the HRBP in executing the employee relations function.
Recruitment & Selection
- Supports the recruitment and selection process by posting adverts, and assisting HRBP throughout he full recruitment lifecycle i.e. from Advertisement to Ready to hire stages
- Coordinate the integration process of resource requisitions vas per the recruitment policy framework.
- Coordinate New Joiner & Leaver process on MyPulse from A-Z.
- Assist in managing the HR vendor listing and preferred supplier listing for all HR Vendor listings
- Assist with the Onboarding, probation and off boarding process.
