Bust a move with knowledge of at least 2 leading Point of Sale/Inventory Management systems - setting up the dance floor? Even better
Safari Lodge experience as an F&B Manager or Lodge Manager? Wild times
Break it down with a strong, measurable understanding of inventory management and financial processes - let's talk cost of sale calculations
