Description
Ensure correct standard costing for all vehicles and carry out cost roll up for Assembly Plants.- Support Assembly plants with price difference from MAN Truck & Bus AG.
- Analyse and distribute BER information.
- Calculate shipping costs, import duties/related costs for units bodied outside South Africa.
- Monitor changes in MDP program and assist in claim process.
- Monitor ROE changes and effects on standard costings.
- Compile and forward compulsory statistics (SSA, NAAMSA, DTI).
- Ensure that vehicle specifications, via order confirmations/ invoices, are as per the original order.
- Assist with vehicle sales margins for vehicle planning and budgeting.
- Provide administration assistance to VMS.
- Participate in PDS meetings and ensure that all changes are costed correctly and timeously.
- Calculate nonstandard vehicle pricing.
- Assist management in the vehicle pricing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Bachelor of Commerce Finance.
Skills:
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
- Attention to detail.
- Work independently though being a team player.
- Advanced EXCEL is a pre requisite.
- Good financial knowledge.
- Able to work with and manage small teams.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry 4 years.
- Knowledge of SAP 1 year
