Human Resources Clerk - Waterkloof, South Africa - Innovative Staffing Solutions
Description
Prepare benefit packets, assist with open enrollment- Track employee retirements and faculty separations, prepare retirement packets
- Maintain tracking of hours worked of nonbenefit eligible employees to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act
- Respond to leave inquiries and assist employees with process questions
- Generate various benefit and wellness reports as needed
- Prepare and enter all leave actions into HRIS
- Track Sabbaticals and VEPRs
- Receive first report of injuries and work status reports and maintain in Workers Compensation binder
- Process both new hire and active employees requests for badging, fingerprinting returning badges when applicable
