Loyalty & CRM Campaign Manager

Western Cape Local hire**
R R58 000 ctc

Exciting new positions as Loyalty & CRM Campaign Manager available within this established restaurant group boasting a portfolio of cool, casual dining outlets nationally.

As Loyalty & CRM Campaign Manager your role will be spear heading loyalty innovation & strategic thinking, including creation of offers to loyalty base & customer communication campaigns across multiple channels - As well as managing day-to-day execution & monitoring performance.

Requirements:

South African national or resident ; Excellent English language skills

Experience with member management system, database management platforms (CDP), CRM tools, & loyalty programs

Sound understanding of data analytics, from analysing trends, growth areas, & survey analytics

Salary Package:
R R58 000 ctc dependent upon experience
