RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the
INK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY to recruit a
BRANCH MANAGER to be based at their office in
KEMPTON PARK, JOHANNESBURG. Up to R60 000 ctc. neg.


_ OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF SPECIALISED INKS, COATINGS AND ADHESIVES THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA._


The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the regional sales office and manufacturing facility located in Kempton Park, Gauteng Reporting to the Managing Director based in Cape Town, the Branch Manager will play a key strategic role as a member of the management team, as well as managing and building the Gauteng region.


  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • A minimum of ten years of working experience.
  • Five years or more branch management experience including commercial and sales experience.
  • Experience and success with leading and developing people.
  • Previous experience in the packaging or ink industries is preferable but not essential.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Branch Management including sales, operations, compliance and manufacturing.
  • Leading and developing the regional team.
  • Establishing and delivering sales objectives.
  • Ensuring the achievement of gross profit objectives.
  • Managing the annual budgeting process and ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place.
  • Managing and developing key accounts.
  • Strategic planning & business development.
  • Monthly reporting.

Remuneration:

Up to R60 000 ctc neg.
