A post-graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline
:

- 5 years of experience in Sales within a manufacturing environment

Computer literate (Microsoft office, Syspro)
:


  • A demonstrable capacity
    to keep abreast of new technology trends
:

Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.


Duties
-
Facilitate sales, goals and develop long term partnerships with customers
:


  • Identify core needs and offer customized solutions to clients.
-
Present products and trends to customers
:


  • Review and manage customer order book.
-
Collaborate closely with Planning and Despatch department to achieve OTIF.
-
Liaise with customers regarding forecasting and stock control.

  • Liaise and communicate with other departments to ensure effectiveness in resolving customer care complaints.
-
Achieve annual budget as per set targets
:

-
Generate sales reports including all booking reports and other daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as directed
:

-
Keep informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
