Your key
job responsibilities as the
HR Talent Acquisition Specialist in
Johannesburg will include:

  • Planning
  • Quarterly Hire forecast, Identification of role and understanding of requirements
  • Prescreening of CV's and the compilation of a shortlist and compilation of shortlist interviews
  • Sourcing and attracting the right talent using the latest methods that yield results
  • Interview processes include insuring that suitable panel is convened and that the proper interview notes are filled
  • Testing Psychometric and skills testing for potentially successful applicants to ensure that they have required character traits and allowing the manager to understand the new employees' strengths
  • Researching and presenting business solutions that will grow the brand and make us a company of choice for employees facilitating a strong and positive online and social media presence.
  • The creation and maintenance of a program whereby new hires are efficiently onboarded facilitating the onboarding process from the offer letter to commencement of probation.
  • Tailoring of specific and targeted probation program for each new hire taking into account the individual's strengths and weaknesses
Requirements for this
HR Talent Acquisition Specialist job in
Johannesburg:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human resources or relevant
  • 5+ years' experience as a recruitment specialist
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Accountability deadline driven
  • Deadline driven
  • Organisation and planning, be able to juggle multiple priorities and projects at any given time ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a friendly disposition
