Key Purpose


The Operations Analyst is a critical role that has the responsibility of constant analysis and optimization relative to the bespoke systems as well ass to the team's daily processes.


Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

  • Continuous process review and business optimization
  • Data Extractions, Investigations & Analysis
  • Trend analysis
  • Report writing and design
  • Knowledge Base build up & maintenance
  • Liaise with stakeholders.
  • TECHNICAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT
  • Data migrations
  • System Analysis and writing Business Requirements
  • Engage with all system environments (QA/DEV/PROD)
  • User support
  • System Documentation
  • Query optimization
  • Regular system cleanup
  • Testing of specific business scenarios in QA environment
  • Manage Bug Fixes
  • Regular Interfacing with external service provider
  • Quality assurance
  • System Access control
  • Audit queries

Education and Experience/Skills

  • IT qualification (Degree or Diploma)
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in a Systems environment
  • Ability to investigate and find a resolution


  • SQL Syntax

  • Proficient (an assessment will be conducted)


  • MS Excel

  • Proficient (an assessment will be conducted)
