We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Reliability Lead to join a goal-oriented team.


QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:


  • Eng., B.Sc. or BTech degree in Electrical/Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:


  • Minimum 2 years management experience in cGMP vaccine/pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar position.
  • Sound experience in project management.
  • Experience in general business management.
  • Sound technical ability and hands on approach on qualification activities.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Provide technical leadership and support to the plant in terms of physical asset management strategy and industry best practices implementation.
  • Leverage equipment, productivity, reliability, and maintainability, thereby enabling high plant availability and utilization at lowest cost.
  • Drive improved process control and subsequent quality through plant reliability. Manage availability of maintenance critical spares while minimizing inventory investment.
  • Provide, administer, control, and monitor use of maintenance management system ensuring data integrity.
  • Drive improvement initiatives emanating from maintenance data analysis.
  • Responsible for the management of production equipment availability to the site. Equipment include Formulation, filling, packaging, inspection, and Laboratory equipment.
  • Achieving / maintaining of the facilities and processes in full compliance with the current regulations and guidelines both local and international.
  • Responsible for the management of the planned and preventative maintenance and calibration function on the site.
  • Strong fault findings skills and problem solving is required.
  • Provide guidance & support for commissioning & operational qualification / requalification of equipment / system.
  • Responsible for environmental & safety aspects within these functions.
  • Responsible for maintenance of inventories at optimum level (availability of spare parts and operating supplies).
  • Establish world class best practice and implement changes to achieve these in the abovementioned areas.
  • Life cycle costing; Implementation of PM strategy.
  • Utilising information technology as a design aid for replacement, and maintenance strategies for mechanical and filling formulating and finish production equipment.
  • Proactively mitigate general business as well as area of responsibility
- related risks and find ways to mitigate these.
