purpose:

Responsible for the oversight of all activities performed by team representatives serving a client segment of 150 million plus

experience and qualifications:

Minimum Qualification : Relevant Degree.
Experience : 4 Years judgmental credit experience.
Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

additional requirements:

No Referral plan is assigned to this job
Strong sales and client service experience
Ability to bring in new business and increase acquisition
Strong credit experience and negotiation skills
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships experience(any segment)
Strong collaboration skills
Must have RE5 and recognized qualification by Financial Sector Conduct Authority
Exposure to dealing with juristic clients
Portfolio management experience
Financial or Agric qualification or experience will be an advantage
