Description

Are you a highly skilled and qualified Legal Officer with extensive experience in project management? Our esteemed client is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Project Manager for the Office of the CEO.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, managing critical communications and ensuring all presentations align with the organization's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and expert legal advice on various areas, including project finance transactional law, equities and financial services law, procurement law, employment law, and social media law, with a strong grasp of corporate law.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence assessments and proficiently handle the drafting, vetting, and negotiation of loan agreements and other businessrelated contracts.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication on CEOled initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of project and commercial agreements, including offtake agreements, EPC/M contracts, operations and maintenance agreements, shareholder agreements, CTA, intercreditor, and facility agreements.

Employment Type: 6-month contract


Requirements:


  • LLB Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of postarticle experience
  • At least 7 years of jobrelated experience
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting project and commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) is highly recommended
