Preparing progress reports
Diagnose and resolve hardware related issues on Desktops and Laptops
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification IT qualification (A+, N+, MCP)
At least 4 yearsexperience in an IT user support role
Knowledge of Desktop/laptop hardware,multifunction printers, networking, device support (mobile devices), LAN, WAN, hardware, networks (data & voice), operatingsystems, remote connectivity, platforms and configurations.
