Such a great opportunity for a Butchery Manager to join the hospitality team at this leading Cape Town restaurant - You'll be spoilt with top-end meats both locally & internationally sourced across meats, poultry & game - servicing a high-level of clientele in an open kitchen-style environment

As Butchery Manager you'll responsible for supervising a small team preparing menu items - the role requires a high attention to detail & knowledge to be shared with teams & clients alike.

We are considering those with either hospitality or retail experience.

Salary details:

R50 per hour

6 shifts per week 9am-4pm

R10 000 per month dependent on hours
