Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant, preferably in the financial services center
  • Experience with recruitment processes
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews, especially valuesbased interviews
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs

Responsibilities:


  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a list of requirements aligned to the role and business needs
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Promoting EVP (Employer Value Proposition) by keeping abreast of developments in the company and industry
  • Sourcing effective career fair opportunities to attend and recruit talent
