Description
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A Minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant, preferably in the financial services center
- Experience with recruitment processes
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews, especially valuesbased interviews
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs
Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a list of requirements aligned to the role and business needs
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Promoting EVP (Employer Value Proposition) by keeping abreast of developments in the company and industry
- Sourcing effective career fair opportunities to attend and recruit talent
