Overview:

Purpose and Objectives:

Contribute to the organization's Business Strategy, provide strategic direction for the Quality Management function within the organisation.

Responsible for the overall co-ordination and implementation of the quality management system and for ensuring all operational requirements are delivered, by ensuring that all QMS Policies, procedures and standard operating work instructions, annexures, training material and tests are updated and implemented.

Manage the In-Line Inspection and Final Inspection of all products, validation and calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment, Non Conformance Reports, Self-Inspection audits, vendor audits, Internal audits,

Manage all quality and technical complaints, providing trend analysis and feedback on all deviations that may impact on the manufacture and distribution of our products.

To oversee the review and assessment and formal reporting of business and financial risk exposures.

Keep abreast with relevant legislation, guidelines and the amendment and implementation thereof, ensure compliance with all mining regulations and alignment with all regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Qualification and Experience:
Certified auditing qualifications advantageous (Desirable)

Minimum of 5 years at a middle or senior management level with demonstrated experience in business/commercial aspects (Essential)

Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a Quality Management environment (Essential)
