Personal Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Diary and time management for stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meeting, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring all necessary information and materials are available in advance
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Conduct research, gather information, and compile data to support decision making processes
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both on site and off site
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Requirements:


  • Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
  • Proven 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or similar role
  • Experience in Marketing or Procurement industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay:
From R18 000,00 per month
