Our client,
innovative product developers and market leaders within their industry are looking to hire a Production Manager


The production manager will supervise and manage workforce and processes to ensure that all manufacturing and packaging operations run smoothly.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Manage and Motivating factory workers and management to continually achieve factory targets.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Grade 1
  • Certification or proven experience in production and management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Self motivated; results and quality driven
  • Ability to train, manage and discipline employees.
  • Ability to do crisis management
  • Technical knowledge and aptitude
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
