purpose
We are looking for a fashion-forward Social Media Manager to join the Mr Price Apparel Marketing team.

key responsibilities

Manage social media platforms for Mr Price Apparel while maintaining brand identity.
Collaborate with the Brand Heads to align content with business objectives and brand identity.
Work closely with the creative team to plan, ideate, produce & execute social media campaigns, to highlight the latest fashion collections and various brands, drive engagement & boost customer conversion rates.
Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, & use this knowledge to inform your social media campaigns.
Monitor key industry players to enhance our own campaigns.
Stay abreast of latest social media trends, proactively seek opportunities to enhance our campaigns.
Manage content scheduling to ensure timely uploading of posts across various social media platforms.
Making datadriven decisions to improve engagement and post quality
Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance, track KPI's and identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster an active social media community by ensuring customers comments and messages are responded to.

requirements

Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management and marketing in a fastpaced environment, preferably retail related.
In depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Proficient in content creation.
Data driven, ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Business understanding of retail knowledge, customer service.
