Our client in the medical sector, sources and supplies medical products that are exported into Africa, the company has established long-standing relationships with clients in multiple sectors and is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their small team in Johannesburg.

Note: This is an onsite role, applicants must be able to travel to Fourways, Johannesburg daily. _

_Only applicants who are fluent in Portuguese will be considered as it is a minimum requirement for this role_

Minimum Requirements:

Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification
Minimum of 5 Years experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Working knowledge of VAT and VAT regulations
Portuguese as a first or second language

Duties and Responsibilities:

Post bank entries and recon
VAT returns and SARS queries
Debtors recon, collection and statements
Stock reconciliation
Intercompany invoices and allocation of payments
Petty cash
