We're looking for
An experienced, highly driven individual to join our client's operations team as a Senior Operations Manager.

This role will support the day-to-day operational activities of our clients company, solve challenging business problems, improve on existing processes and delivering key projects across the company.

What's the role?

You will be responsible for:

Enabling the daytoday delivery of the company objectives
Running multiple projects across business units and ensuring successful delivery
Enhance and optimize current workflows while ideating new processes to drive efficiency
Drafting project and product specifications
Thorough testing of new functionality and product enhancements
Collaborating with all business units to achieve optimal operational outcomes
Efficiently manage client queries and resolutions of client issues
Provide crossfunctional support to all relevant teams and service providers
Help manage the onboarding of new partners
Become a product and system specialist to perform administrative duties to assist with internal and external service provider's needs
Ideate and formulate plans to automate manual processes
Enhance client experience touch points through a variety of communications channels
