REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to safely bandsaw machine
  • Must be able to clean the bandsaw machine
  • Must be able to split Hindquarter & forequarter
  • Must be able to cut up beef, sheep & lamb
  • Must be able to cut up single steaks


SOBER HABITS, ATTENTION TO DETAILS,ADHERE AND UNDERSTAND FOOD SAFTEY PROTOCOLS, WORK UNDER PRESSURE, FIT WELL INTO A TEAM, GOOD COMMUNICATION ABILITIES, BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT CUTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
