Project Manager
Part Time Remote: 3pm-11pm SA time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the onsite Project Manager, overseeing the development of pitch decks and presentation projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to ensure project requirements are met within specified deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule calls with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Trello or Asana to track project progress,
- manage tasks, and adhere to timelines.

  • Foster a creative and productive working environment, facilitating smooth workflows and
- effective collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing creative projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) and techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing pitch deck and presentation projects is highly desirable.
