Key Performance Area:
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems
- Entering data into computer databases and maintaining records of stored files
- Processing insurance claims by entering data into an automated system
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring they are ready to be filed with the court or other authority
- Contacting clients to gather additional information
- Maintaining the security of confidential information by following data security procedures
- Reviewing documents for scanning errors such as smudges or lines, and rescanning them if necessary
- Reads the information and keys the data to the necessary fields.
- Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus Relevant qualification.
- Excellent Computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
