- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies in the absence of the Social Media Manager
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments
- Build relationships with customers and industry professionals
- Stay uptodate with digital technology trends
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 12 years experience in social media marketing on multiple brands
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Handson experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problemsolver
- Own, reliable transport essential
