Location:
Lagoon Beach, Minerton

Salary:
Basic: R 18 000, Commission and performance based incentive.

Well known spa brand is looking for a dynamic, motivated spa manager for their beautiful property.

Duties:

Manage and motivate spa staff

Stock management

Ensure guest experience is at a 5 star level

Ensure SOP are adhered to

Staff schedule/rostering

Thorough knowledge in spa treatments and services

Requirements:

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum 2 years in a Spa Management role

Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel

ESP experience an advantage

Mature and responsible

Passionate and target driven

Well-groomed to present the brand

Strong verbal and written communication

Own reliable transport

Strong leadership skills

Flexible and available to work late shifts.

Working hours:

Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 (Mon - Sun, 2 weekends off per month)

Start date: 1st of March 2023
