Responsible for the gathering and analysis of all the companies operational support system requirements and the development of an effective integrated management system that will deliver solution support
- this includes systems that allows for:


CRM:
Sales and Marketing,

  • Tenant Management, Billing and Invoicing,

Asset Management:
Asset tagging, Asset transfer and Stock take,

  • Ticketing and Work Order Management including Corrective Maintenance, Workforce Management for Operations and Preventative Maintenance and Security Management

Mobile Application: Work Force Security and Compliance Management

Project Management: Scheduling, Tracking, Controlling and escalation and Document Management:

  • Quality Assurance and Compliance.

qualification with 5-Years of leadership experience in managing service delivery from professional partners and teams.


Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From R600.00 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
