Position Overview:
As an Intern Category Manager Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing department.
You will work closely with our Category Manager and Head of Product to assist in various tasks related to product management, market research, and marketing strategy development.

Product Management:
Collaborate with the Category Manager in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals and NPD process.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Utilize findings to support decisionmaking processes and enhance product positioning.
- Support Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales, design, and production to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Category Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field at or from a reputable institution
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
