Do you have experience recruiting in the logistics field or across Africa?


The role reports to - Managing Directors


Working hours:
Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays


Based:
Sandton

**Roles & responsibilities:

  • Specifying, searching and recruiting the best available talent

  • Conducting references
  • Setting up interviews and /or meetings
  • Conducting interviews
  • Screening, debriefing and engaging with applicants
  • Posting adverts
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures
  • Conduct confidential interviews
  • Follow up on reference checks
  • Provide management with feedback on your recruits
**To be successful in this role you would have: - **- Ideally "African experience" (worked across the Continent and cross border recruitment)

  • Proficient in English and ideally another language (Portuguese, French )
  • Experience recruiting from other countries for other countries
  • Handson person and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases
  • Understanding of recruitment processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Flexible and adaptable person, able to work in a dynamic, changing and fastpaced environment
  • A "cando" attitude and the tenacity to learn quickly
