3years- Ensure customer delivery
- Feed sequencer and monitor it
- Supervise preparation and the loading o finished products onto trucks
- Follow up on shipments, alert in case of failure, follow up and contribute to reduce it
- Invoicing of finished goods to customer on computerised system
- Ensure supplies of production lines
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of stocking areas
- Ensure production lines feeding (small train)
- Supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM
- Manage warning system in picking zone
- Drive logistics basics implementation (booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management)
- Organise resources (staff, machines)
- Ensure deployment of the Employment Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas and autonomous groups)
- Look for productivity gains
Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma Industrial Engineering/Logistics
- Minimum 3 years as a Supervisor in Production/Logistics
- Knowledge of KANBAN / FIFO and related logistics systems
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Own transport and valid drivers license
