An innovative machining tools sales and support company is looking to hire a Sales Executive to ramp up their marketing and product roll out to existing and potential customers.

Push their clients machining to the limits with market-leading products and advice.

A familiarity with electronic and mechatronics would be beneficial, in addition to an enthusiastic and overachieving personality, paired with a strong work ethic and strive for success.

As the Sales Executive, you will be cross selling products, selling CNC machines and control system that the company has the exclusive distribution rights for, marketing state-of-the-art drilling, thread milling and thread cutting tools, and CAM software, all of which offers its customers with the capabilities to produce excellent machining results with significantly decreased in-process time.

Job description / core competencies:
The individual must be able to take initiative and seek out potential customers. Must have excellent selling and marketing skills. Possessing a technical background is advantageous. Sell CNC machines and provide turnkey solutions for customers. From fixture design to machine and tooling selection. Will be required to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Setting up meetings with potential customers and identifying to their wishes and concerns. Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


Qualifications:
A National Diploma or higher in Marketing or related qualification.


Skills:


  • 3 to 5 years' experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Have excellent marketing and selling skills.
  • Have excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Overachieving and enthusiastic attitude.

License/Certification:

  • A National Diploma or higher in Marketing (preferred)
