Requirements:


  • Information Technology qualification (Advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Desktop / Network Support technician
  • Proficient in maintaining / repairing hardware and software
  • Proficient in Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Syspro (Advantageous)
  • Selfmotivated and selfdisciplined
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good morals and work ethic required

Key Duties:


  • Provide technical IT support across the company
  • Resolve any hardware, software or network problems
  • Installing, maintaining, and configuring all software
  • Ensuring safety of all software
  • Monitor and renew all applicable licenses
  • Maintain security and privacy of all computers on the network
  • Assist with the implementation of any new software
