Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire the restaurant team to provide high-quality service and achieve performance goals, in alignment with KFC standards.


Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining cleanliness, food quality, and adhering to KFC's service standards.

Training and Development:

Support staff training and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles, following KFC guidelines.


Operations:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance, while complying with KFC's operational standards.

Quality Control:
Uphold KFC's food safety, preparation, and service standards to provide a consistent and excellent dining experience.

Financial Management:
Assist in managing restaurant budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization, following KFC's financial guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fastfood or restaurant environment, with a strong preference for KFC experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, aligned with KFC's customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of KFC's food safety regulations and operational guidelines.
  • Capability to handle a fastpaced, highpressure environment, in accordance with KFC's standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by KFC's business hours.

Salary:
R7 500,00 - R9 000,00 per month


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • South African ID (required)
