Description
Deal with all performance, grievance and IR related issues in a legally compliant and professional way.

  • Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other disciplinary issues.
  • Issue the relevant Disciplinary action and documentation.
  • Arrange and sit in disciplinary hearings.
  • Ensure that all IR related employee documents are signed and are in the employees file.
  • Preparation of Notice to attend a hearing, absconsion, written warnings etc.
  • Notify all necessary people including the employee of the findings.
  • Attend CCMA/BC cases on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure De-Merit Point Warnings are Issued.
  • Ensure Alert Warning on points are issued.
Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Qualifications in Labour Law.
  • HR Diploma will be an advantage.
  • Driver's License and Own vehicle.
  • At least 3 Years' Experience.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience from food or aviation industry will be an advantage.
