Description

As a Recruitment Intern at Crew Life at Sea, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of luxury cruise ship recruitment.

Working closely with our experienced recruitment team, you will contribute to the success of our agency by assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process, specifically tailored to the needs of luxury cruise liners.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining recruitment-related records and files.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management) or recently graduated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Passion for the cruise industry and an understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of luxury cruise ship recruitment.
