Luxury Lodge Management Couple Opportunity in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, Limpopo

Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Couple to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, located in Vaalwater, Limpopo.

This exclusive lodge offers an extraordinary experience amidst the natural beauty of the reserve, and we are seeking a dynamic couple who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

As a Management Couple, you will be responsible for overseeing the lodge operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Your roles will encompass various aspects, including Front of House, F&B, Lodge Administration, and Operations Management.

Key requirements for this position include:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lodge Operations Management position
Matric qualification
Excellent command of the English language
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to excel in guest-centric environments, providing exceptional experiences
Innovative and creative mindset to elevate hospitality standards
Relationship-building skills with staff, guests, and industry stakeholders
Strong administrative and financial skills
Knowledge of OPERA Systems or similar PMS system
Familiarity with Game Reserve Operations
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Package Details:

Salary:
R58,000 gross for the couple
Live-in position with provided meals while on duty
5% compulsory provident fund contribution paid in addition to salary
Medical aid coverage at 50% of the main member's premium (capped at Discovery Classic Saver contribution value)
Valid RSA ID and driver's license required
Due to the presence of free-roaming wildlife, pets are not allowed
