Description

Our successful Assistant F&B Controllers

accurately and efficiently implement the systems for Food and Beverage
ordering,
purchasing,
deliveries and
stock
accurately and efficiently calculate and report on
cost of sales
effectively manage the day-to-day
warehouse operations in terms of stock control and movement
effectively manage the Food and Beverage
finance and administration including reports, recommendations, processing invoices and credit notes
source and meet with
supplier representatives
ensure optimum revenues through astute
menu costings
build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and competent
maintain the
health,
hygiene and
professional
appearance of all who work in the food and beverage areas
work as part of a team or individually to deliver high
quality standards.

If you have these
qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), basic knowledge of financial management, budgets and cost controls, sound computer skills (MS Office); at least two years' experience in a similar role.
