Responsibilities:

Collaborate in the interpretation of data analytics spanning various functional areas to uncover meaningful trends and insights that facilitate informed decisionmaking.
Gather data analytics requirements from functional departments and contribute to the timely delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions.
Continuously identify and propose enhancements to reporting methods and techniques as per the evolving needs of the business.
Support the overall Data strategy of the business by actively contributing to key milestones and deliverables within defined timelines.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred certification in Power BI.
23 years of experience in report writing, with expertise in crafting statistics and data visualizations relevant to the business's functions.
23 years of data analysis experience, including the ability to interpret business trends and discern potential opportunities or risks.
23 years of practical experience working with Power BI.
23 years of experience in a retail environment.
Preferred experience with BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL or similar coding/scripting techniques.
A sound grasp of retail metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Familiarity with the economic landscape within South Africa.
Understanding of retail business systems.
Strong coordination and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

R30, R70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
